Refund policy

Is something wrong? No problem. Let us know, and we'll fix it right away. Here at Veinstadt we make returns easy.

1) You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product.

2) All returns must be in new condition, with all labels attached and unused.
Please note that although we would like to take back "soft used" goods, this is not possible. However, there are many ways to find a good home for them!

3) Contact our customer service team for your return. Please ensure that you include the following information in your correspondence:

First and last name of the buyer
Reason for return
Order number (You can find this in your Vienstadt account or in the e-mail with the original order confirmation!)
Which items will be returned?

4) Next, place your order number on the outside of your return package. This step is important! We cannot accept returns without an order number on the package.

5) Finally, please send your return to us using a traceable shipping method (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that are lost in transit if no traceable method is used! Once your return has been received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Warranty information

Vienstadt products are rigorously tested to ensure that the products you trust meet strict standards. Therefore, if a problem with a Vienstadt product (the "Product") occurs and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Vienstadt will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions set forth herein.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse (e.g. transportation of unusual items), negligence, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (e.g. by airlines). Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void this warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

* The price of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
